As we continue to scale internationally, driving learner acquisition, admissions growth, brand visibility, and market expansion remains a key strategic priority for the organization. We are currently building a dedicated International Sales team focused on Global North and Global South campaigns across key international markets including the GCC region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Jordan). The role requires flexibility to work across international engagement windows ranging between 11:00 AM and 08:00 PM IST, depending on assigned markets and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective parents and learners through inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.

Explain 21K School's curriculum, learning methodology, fee structure, and admission process.

Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective families.

Follow up regularly with leads and ensure timely conversion.

Maintain accurate lead information and sales updates in the CRM system.

Achieve individual admissions and revenue targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Attend training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.





Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the admissions lifecycle.

Selection Criteria

Education & Academic Background Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in any discipline.

Experience Fresh Graduates with excellent communication skills.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, Counselling, BPO, or Inside Sales are also encouraged to apply.
