Role Description The Sales Consultant role at Wall and Wood is a contract, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the consultant engages with prospective and existing clients, understands their interior design needs, and presents suitable service offerings and design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings at the office or project sites, delivering sales presentations, preparing basic proposals or estimates, and coordinating with the design team to align solutions with client expectations.

The Sales

Consultant also follows up on leads,



maintains accurate records of interactions, and supports clients throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process. The role requires consistent on-site presence to build relationships, support walk-in clients, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive, responsive, and professional client experience.

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain design concepts and commercial terms clearly and confidently.

Familiarity with interior design or construction services is preferred, with an interest in aesthetics and functional space planning.

Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage leads, and maintain organized client records.

Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits as needed.

Relevant education in business, marketing, design, or a related field is advantageous, along with prior experience in consultative sales.
