Role Description

This is a full time on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Business Development professional. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to explore new business opportunities, building relationships with clients,



and delivering customized cold-chain solutions. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, presenting solutions to potential clients, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects.

The candidate will closely monitor market trends to refine strategies and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills with a focus on identifying new business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business performance effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools for pipeline management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the cold chain, supply chain, or logistics industry is a strong advantage.
