About the Role

As an Associate – Sales & Marketing, you'll drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers. You'll work closely with parents, students, and schools — owning the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement.

Compensation

₹5 LPA (Fixed) + ₹2 LPA (Variable) + Travel Allowance

Probation (first 2 months): ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities

✔ Activate schools and promote UPRIO's platform





✔ Enroll students into free trial batches

✔ Convert free users into paid subscribers

✔ Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups

✔ Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

✔ Willingness to travel and work in the field
