About Washcaro

Washcaro is a rapidly growing car care and detailing brand expanding its franchise network across India. We are looking for a driven Sales Associate who can engage with qualified franchise prospects and successfully convert them into Washcaro franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and close franchise leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.

Conduct discovery calls and understand the business goals of prospective franchise partners.

Present Washcaro's franchise opportunity, business model, investment details, and growth potential.

Build strong relationships with prospective franchisees and guide them through the sales process.

Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales pipeline and achieve high conversion rates.

Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM and prepare sales reports.





Coordinate with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure a smooth franchise onboarding experience.

Achieve monthly franchise sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, franchise sales, or B2B sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.

Comfortable handling sales calls, virtual meetings, and presentations.

Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
