Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace &

- Lead Management

- Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, and other B2B portals

- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and leads

- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure lead conversion

- Track and manage leads, follow-ups, and closures through daily reporting

2. Sales &

- Client Engagement

- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and requirements

- Pitch new product launches to existing and potential clients

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and distributors

- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities

3.

Business

Development

- Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries

- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and WhatsApp communication

- Generate and qualify new leads through proactive outreach

4. Coordination &

- Reporting

- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, customization, and dispatch

- Maintain detailed sales trackers and reports

- Share weekly performance updates with management

5. Events &

- Market Research





- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events

- Conduct market research and build targeted prospect databases

Key Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory)

- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or marketplace management

- Familiarity with platforms like Alibaba, IndiaMART, etc. is preferred

- Highly proactive with strong follow-up skills

- Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines simultaneously

- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets

Valuable to Have

- Experience in toys, gifting, FMCG, or consumer products industry

- Basic understanding of export processes or international trade
