Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Indore. The specialist will manage sales activities, build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, and support customer service initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty. Daily responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, promoting product lines, gathering market insights,



and coordinating with internal teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.

The role also involves conducting product trainings for partners, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and recommending actions to increase market share and revenue.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.

Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.

Experience in Training, including conducting product presentations and sessions for internal teams or channel partners.

Knowledge of FMCG or food products markets, with the ability to analyze trends and competitor activity.

Proficiency in basic sales and marketing tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or reporting tools) and comfort with fieldwork.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in office in Indore.
