Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Knowledge Wave India is a full-time, on-site position based in Supaul. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting training and service offerings, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Daily activities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, coordinating marketing campaigns, and tracking leads and conversions. The specialist will collaborate with the training team to understand program offerings, gather feedback from participants and clients, and support promotional events or workshops.



The role also includes preparing regular sales reports, updating CRM or tracking tools, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and marketing materials.

Qualifications
