Role Description The Territory Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving sales growth across assigned geographic and account territories. Day-to-day activities include visiting textile mills and processing houses, presenting DMK VENTURES’ product portfolio, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable solutions. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating pricing and terms within guidelines, and ensuring timely order follow-ups and coordination with operations for delivery commitments.

The Territory Sales





Specialist will maintain strong customer relationships, gather market intelligence, support customer trials, and handle post-sales support to promote repeat business and customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales reports, participating in industry events where relevant, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and basic forecasting.

Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building, with a focus on long-term account development.

Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical product benefits clearly.

Experience in B2B industrial or textile chemical sales is highly beneficial.

Knowledge of textile printing processes (Reactive, Ramazol, Vat Discharge, Rapid dyes) is an advantage.

Comfort with field work, regular customer visits, and in office product demonstrations.

Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication platforms.

Preferred qualification: Diploma or degree in Business, Chemistry, Textile Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
