Role Overview

This is an on-ground, customer-facing role based at our construction site offices. The candidate will serve as the primary interface between prospective flat owners and our company, responsible for building trust, articulating our value proposition, and converting site inquiries into qualified project leads.

Key Responsibilities

· On-Site Presence: Be stationed at designated construction site offices to proactively engage with visiting flat owners and potential clients.

· First Point of Contact: Act as the initial representative of our firm, creating a professional and lasting first impression.

· Brand Communication: Clearly articulate our service offerings—including design execution, material procurement, project management, and quality assurance.

· Collateral Distribution: Provide relevant portfolios, brochures, and case studies to help customers assess our capabilities and past work.

· Lead Management: Capture customer requirements, assess project viability,



and seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the design and estimation teams.

· Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records of client interactions, feedback, and lead status for internal review.

Candidate Profile

· Experience: 2–5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate, interiors, construction, or premium consumer goods.

· Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in transparent, persuasive language.

· Language Proficiency:

· Mandatory: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

· Preferred (Optional): Tamil.

· Attributes: Professional, confident, and approachable. Comfortable working in a construction site environment and engaging with diverse clientele.

· Logistics: Willingness to travel across Bangalore and be stationed at site offices as required.
