Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Sales professional in B2B to lead the business development and sales activities for our Pharma API and Intermediates business. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a solid customer network, and proven expertise in driving domestic and international business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

- Drive business development for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Pharma Intermediates, and Fine Chemicals.

- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers in domestic market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and key customers.

- Manage key accounts and ensure long-term customer retention.

- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contracts, and order finalization.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D; teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.





- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and business plans.

- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and trade events.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve organizational objectives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Marketing & Sales(B2B) within the Pharma API, Intermediates Industries.

- Strong network with pharmaceutical companies across domestic market.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

- Experience in export business development will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel extensively based on business requirements.
