Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily outreach and engagement activities to grow LevelIQ’s user base and strengthen brand awareness. This internship role is remote, allowing the intern to collaborate with the team virtually while learning core sales and marketing practices in a fintech startup setting. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with lead generation, responding to prospective user inquiries, and guiding new users through the platform’s features to improve adoption.

The intern will help prepare sales presentations, basic training materials,



and marketing content for social media, email, and other digital channels. Additional responsibilities may include gathering user feedback, updating CRM records, and contributing ideas to improve campaigns and customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with prospective and existing users.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, pipeline follow-up, and conversion activities.

Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard users and explain platform features in a clear, user-friendly manner.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and basic analytics tools is beneficial.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Interest in personal finance, mutual funds, or fintech, and a willingness to learn about portfolio intelligence and investor education.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
