Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and assisting in converting prospects into customers.

This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who are interested in sales, business development, marketing, and client communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other online platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable GrowthBits services.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and update the CRM regularly.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations.
- Conduct market and competitor research.




- Meet assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
- Confident in speaking with clients over calls and messages
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
