Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Raipur. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in Horeca, modern trade, and related channels, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

The Sales and Marketing Executive will conduct market research, support market planning, and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase product visibility and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with customers, presenting product offerings and commercial kitchen solutions, negotiating agreements,



tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports. The role also includes coordination with internal teams to ensure timely distribution, customer support, and alignment of promotional activities with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal negotiation.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and Market Planning skills to design and implement effective promotional and channel strategies.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze competition, customer needs, and local market trends.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, or Horeca/modern trade distribution is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage field visits, and handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, CRM tools) are preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage, along with relevant work experience in sales and marketing.
