Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Sales and Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in target industries, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base for corrugated, wooden, and fabricated packaging solutions. The manager will conduct market research, build and maintain relationships with clients, prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue and margin targets.

They will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and design teams to align solutions with customer requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing periodic reports and forecasts, participating in trade events or client visits, and contributing to strategic planning for market growth. Job Summary Moraya Packaging India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the corrugated packaging industry. The ideal candidate should have a robust sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corrugated packaging market.

Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic clients.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications 5–10 years of sales and business development experience in the Corrugated Packaging Industry (Mandatory).

Strong knowledge of B2B sales and key account management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to identify market opportunities and close business deals.

Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ERP/CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
