Role

The Team Member is responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations across multiple service delivery towers, ensuring effective and seamless end-to-end service delivery across key HR functions, including Safety & Wellbeing like Administer incident records, maintain resolver data and audits, coordinate OH referrals (admin only) manage H&S; documentation, produce compliance reports

- Graduate with 2 -3 years of experience in Safety & Wellbeing

For UK
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder communications.
- Manage Health & Safety documentation, including policies, risk assessments, incident reports, compliance records,



and supporting evidence, ensuring documents are current and appropriately maintained.
- Monitor Health & Safety administration activities and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely completion and compliance with established requirements.
- Produce and distribute Health & Safety compliance reports, dashboards, and management information (MI) for key stakeholder
- Knowledge of ATS, HR technology solutions and experience in implementing and optimizing HR systems.
