Job Title: Senior IAM Developer – SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Cloud)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Developer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Cloud) solutions while integrating with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta , Active Directory , and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) .

The role involves designing scalable IAM architectures, automating identity lifecycle processes, implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Cloud) solutions.
- Configure and customize connectors, workflows, provisioning policies, role models, and access review campaigns.
- Integrate SailPoint with Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
- Implement identity lifecycle management including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
- Develop IAM automation using Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and SCIM provisioning.
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and policy-based access controls.
- Enable secure authentication using SSO, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), MFA, and Passwordless technologies.
- Support identity governance functions including access certifications, entitlement management, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance reporting.
- Participate in IAM risk assessments, internal and external audits,



and regulatory compliance initiatives including SOX and GDPR.
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Application teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and contribute to IAM architecture and best practices.
- Work in Agile delivery teams and support sprint planning, implementation, testing, and production deployments.

Required Skills
- 7–9+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Cloud).
- Strong experience with Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and LDAP.
- Hands-on experience with Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and SCIM.
- Robust understanding of IAM concepts including IGA, RBAC, ABAC, Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Certification, and Entitlement Management.
- Experience implementing SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and MFA.
- Experience integrating HR systems and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- SailPoint IdentityNow Certification.
- Okta Certification.
- CISSP or other cybersecurity certifications.
- Experience with CyberArk, ForgeRock, or Ping Identity.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and modern Identity Governance practices.
- Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing environments is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant SailPoint, Okta, or cybersecurity certifications are highly preferred.
