Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years of Sage X3 ERP experience.
- Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in Sage X3 configuration, implementation, and support.
- Knowledge of Sage X3 workflows, reporting, and integrations.
- Business requirements gathering and functional solution design.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in UAT, documentation, and end-user training.

Positive-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of Sage X3 development tools and customization framework.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party systems.
- Understanding of Finance business processes and compliance requirements.
