About Position:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, Access Governance, and Enterprise IAM Architecture. This role will be responsible for defining target-state identity architecture, driving IAM transformation initiatives, and implementing scalable, automated, and compliant identity governance solutions integrated with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Active Directory, and business-critical applications.

What You'll Do:

- Define and drive enterprise identity governance architecture using SailPoint IdentityIQ as the strategic IAM platform.
- Design and implement scalable Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions aligned with business and security objectives.
- Architect end-to-end identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows.
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models to simplify and standardize access management.
- Lead SailPoint IIQ integration initiatives with HR systems, Active Directory, cloud applications, and enterprise platforms.
- Architect automated provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, and access request workflows.
- Drive the migration from manual and legacy identity management solutions to centralized governance models.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to define identity and access governance strategies.
- Establish IAM standards, best practices, security controls, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, segregation of duties (SoD), and regulatory access governance requirements.




- Provide technical leadership throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and production support phases.
- Lead architecture workshops, solution design discussions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Support solution estimation, roadmap planning, and IAM transformation initiatives.
- Guide engineering teams in implementing SailPoint best practices, reusable frameworks, and integration standards.
- Evaluate emerging IAM technologies and recommend improvements to identity governance capabilities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, and Security Architecture.
- Deep hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Architecture, Design, and Implementation.
- Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management (JML) processes and identity governance frameworks.
- Expertise in Role Engineering, RBAC Design, Access Certification, and Access Governance.
- Extensive experience implementing automated provisioning and de-provisioning solutions.
- Strong experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with Workday and other HR systems
- Active Directory and LDAP directories
- Enterprise applications and business systems
- Cloud and on-premise platforms
- Expertise in integration technologies including REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, JDBC, and Web Services.
- Experience leading large-scale IAM transformation and modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, compliance, audit requirements, and security controls.




- Experience working with legacy identity systems and migration strategies.
- Knowledge of access review processes, entitlement management, and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Robust architecture, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and mentor IAM engineers across projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills.
- Experience working in global delivery and enterprise-scale environments.
