Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Hyderabad. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, implementing health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, investigating accidents,
maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and providing safety training to employees. Additional responsibilities include coordinating occupational health measures and overseeing workplace security protocols to minimize risks.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health standards
- Proficiency in Accident Investigation and identifying root causes
- Experience in implementing workplace Security measures
- Robust ability to conduct effective Safety Training
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with local and national safety regulations and compliance requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications in workplace safety and risk management are an advantage
