- Implement and maintain the company's HSE Management System.
- Develop and review safety policies, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and client HSE standards.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Safety Officers across all project locations.
- Monitor safety performance of ongoing projects.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports submitted by project sites.
- Track safety observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Plan and conduct internal HSE audits for project sites and offices.
- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Recommend preventive and corrective measures.
- Follow up on audit findings until closure.
- Support ISO 45001 implementation and continuous safety improvement.
Preferred candidate profile 48 years of HSE experience, preferably in EPC, construction, Oil & Gas infrastructure projects
