1. Identification & Recording of Unsafe actions/Unsafe conditions/Near miss

observations
1. Conducting the regular plant/site safety inspections
2. Conducting regular safety awareness to the shopfloor employees
3. Conducting the Safety induction training to the new joiners
4. Regular inspection of the vendor working sites at the company premises and conduct

the TBM-Tool box meeting/talk before the work starts.
1. Ensure the adherence of PPEs for the shopfloor employees/vendors/stakeholders

etc.
1. Knowledge on work permits system.
2. Continuous monitoring of the manufacturing protected operations - shop floor activities
3. Coordinating and closure of the safety observations
4. Inspection and monitoring of the fire extinguishers and fire hydrant systems




5. Record and maintaining of all the documents related to toolbox talk/Trainings/PSIR

reports.
1. Knowledge on Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
2. Knowledge of MS Excel/MS Office/MS Power point

Experience Required: - 0-2 Years Educational Qualification: -
1. Advanced Diploma Industrial Safety (ADIS)/Post Diploma In Industrial Safety

(PDIS).
1. Diploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering in any discipline.
2. B.Sc. Degree in physics, chemistry, Industrial Safety.
