Job Profile Safety Supervisor / Safety Assistant For High Rise building construction.
- Ensure construction site compliance with HSE policies, statutory regulations, and company safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, and report unsafe conditions.
- Monitor the proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all workers.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident/near-miss documentation.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs for site personnel.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, contractors, and the HSE team to implement safety measures.
- Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, fire safety, and first-aid readiness.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through corrective and preventive actions across the project site.
