Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Rotating Equipment Engineer role based in Noida.

The Rotating Equipment

Engineer will be responsible for the design review, specification, selection, and performance assessment of rotating machinery such as compressors, pumps, turbines, and fans used in energy and industrial projects. Daily activities include conducting vibration and condition monitoring analyses, troubleshooting equipment issues, optimizing reliability and availability, and supporting root cause failure investigations. The role involves collaborating with project, process, and electrical engineering teams, coordinating with vendors and OEMs,



and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.

The engineer will also prepare technical documentation, support installation and commissioning, and contribute to maintenance strategies for rotating equipment in refinery and industrial environments.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong expertise in Rotating Equipment and Mechanical Engineering, including design principles, equipment selection, and performance evaluation.

Candidates should possess skills in Vibration Analysis and Condition Monitoring for diagnosing faults, predicting failures, and improving equipment reliability.

Candidates should possess experience working with Refineries or similar heavy industrial environments, with exposure to high-integrity and safety-critical systems.

Candidates should possess solid understanding of industry standards and codes relevant to rotating machinery (e.g., API, ISO) and reliability engineering practices.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with proficiency in engineering software tools for analysis and reporting.

Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Candidates should possess familiarity with EPC project environments, including experience in installation, commissioning, and lifecycle maintenance of rotating equipment; prior experience in renewable energy or hydrogen-related projects is an advantage.
