About Tinkerschool Tinkerschool is building the next generation of engineers.

We don't teach plug-and-play robotics kits. We teach students to build robots from first principles using electronics, sensors, programming, and engineering fundamentals. Our students learn Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, Python, C++, CAD, 3D Printing, AI, and Robotics through real hands-on projects.

Role We're looking for a passionate Robotics Instructor who enjoys building, teaching, and inspiring students.

You will deliver engaging robotics and STEM sessions across Tinkerschool learning centers and partner schools, guiding students through hands-on engineering projects involving electronics, embedded systems, programming, and robotics. You'll mentor learners, prepare them for competitions, workshops, and exhibitions, and help create an exciting environment where students become confident problem-solvers and innovators.

Responsibilities Deliver robotics and STEM sessions for students aged 7–18

Teach electronics, circuits, Arduino, sensors, actuators, and programming

Guide students in building robots from scratch

Prepare lesson plans and practical activities

Set up and maintain lab equipment

Mentor students for robotics competitions and exhibitions





Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during sessions

Collaborate with schools and the Tinkerschool team to improve learning experiences

Ensure protected use of tools and electronic components

Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field

Good understanding of electronics and robotics fundamentals

Knowledge of Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, or similar platforms

Programming knowledge in Python, C, or C++

Good communication and classroom management skills

Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Willingness to travel within Pune for school sessions

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000/month

Annual Performance Bonus: ₹10,000
