Role Description This is a full-time, in office Robotics Engineer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Robotics

Engineer will design, develop, and integrate robotic systems, including hardware, sensing, and control components for autonomous platforms.

Responsibilities include implementing and testing algorithms for navigation, perception, and decision-making, as well as optimizing systems for reliability, safety, and performance in real-world conditions. The role involves close collaboration with software, electronics, and hardware teams, documenting designs and experiments, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.

The Robotics

Engineer will also participate in lab and field testing,



troubleshoot system issues, and support deployment and maintenance of robotic solutions.

Qualifications

- Robotics and Process Automation skills, including experience with robotic platforms, sensors, actuators, control systems, and automation workflows.
- Software Development skills, such as proficiency in languages commonly used in robotics (e.g., C++, Python), and familiarity with relevant frameworks (e.g., ROS or similar).
- Strong Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data analysis, and the ability to design experiments and interpret results.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating in cross-functional teams, documenting technical work clearly, and presenting findings.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with embedded systems, real-time control, and simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, MATLAB/Simulink) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with autonomous systems, swarm robotics, or defense/industrial applications is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to a rigorous, mission-driven engineering culture.
