Robotics Data Engineer

Kosha Labs is building the data infrastructure for Physical AI.

Large language models learned from internet-scale text. Robots need internet-scale experience from the physical world.

We build software that captures and processes synchronized stereo vision, tactile sensing, hand tracking, IMUs, SLAM, and robot demonstrations into high-quality datasets for robotics foundation models.

The Role:

We're looking for a Founding Robotics Data Systems Engineer to build the software behind our multimodal data platform. You'll build systems for data capture, synchronization, perception, processing, validation, and large-scale pipelines. This is a hands-on engineering role with ownership from day one.

What you'll build:

- Software for stereo cameras, tactile sensing, IMUs, SLAM, hand tracking, and robot demonstrations.
- Camera calibration, synchronization, sensor fusion, and automated QA.
- Data pipelines for processing, validation, storage, and export.
- Internal tools for dataset management and quality.
- Infrastructure for robotics foundation models and large-scale ML workloads.




- Systems that reliably process thousands of hours of multimodal data.

What we're looking for:

- Exceptional software engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Solid Python and/or C .
- Experience building production software.
- Experience with distributed systems or ML infrastructure.
- Strong computer vision, robotics, or perception background.
- Experience with stereo vision, camera calibration, SLAM, or VIO.
- Experience with sensor synchronization or sensor fusion.
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines.
- Strong debugging skills and engineering judgment.
- Comfortable taking ownership and solving hard problems.

(Experience with tools like PyTorch, CUDA, TensorRT, ROS2, Isaac ROS, DeepStream, Kubernetes, Ray, Kafka, DuckDB, Apache Arrow, Parquet, or NVIDIA Jetson is a plus.)
