One of our clients is looking for an experienced RL Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Reinforcement Learning (RL) environments and AI agents that power next-generation AI applications.
As one of the first engineering hires, you will work closely with the leadership team, contribute to core technical decisions, and play a key role in building scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Reinforcement Learning (RL) environments using proprietary datasets.
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI agents for enterprise applications.
- Build scalable, high-quality RL pipelines and infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Leverage AI-native development tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of software engineering experience with strong Reinforcement Learning (RL)
fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building RL environments in production.
- Experience working with AI agents and deploying them in real-world applications.
- Strong proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and software engineering skills.
- Ability to work with overlapping PST business hours.
- Willingness to work a 5.5-day work week.
Preferred Background Candidates with experience in Reinforcement Learning, AI infrastructure, or human data platforms will be highly preferred.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive salary: USD 100,000 – USD 200,000 per year
