Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Onboarding riders via personal and vendor network, training,
tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
- Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
- Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
- MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
