Job Title: Revenue Growth Management (RGM) SME / Analyst CPG Consulting

Key Responsibilities

- Work on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives including Pricing Analytics, Promotion Optimization, Assortment Optimization, and Retail Execution (Sales Analytics).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Analyze and validate POS, Retailer POS, Sell-In, TPM, Promotion Calendar, Nielsen, and IRI/Circana data.
- Perform SQL-based data analysis and support data validation.
- Build insights using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Consulting teams.
- Support commercial decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills

- 4 to 10 years of experience in Analytics, Business Analysis, RGM, CPG, or Retail Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM).




- Hands-on experience in Pricing, Promotions, Assortment, Retail Execution, or Sales Analytics.
- Strong SQL skills (Databricks is a plus).
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Positive understanding of Data Modeling and Business Analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications Preferred

- Deep CPG industry background, ideally across multiple categories (FMCG, beverages, personal care, or similar)
- Multi-market or multi-geography experience, especially in emerging or high-complexity retail environments
- Exposure to revenue management tooling platforms (e.g. Pricing Solutions, Blue Yonder, or custom RGM tools)
- Familiarity with data science outputs ability to read and critique elasticity model outputs, scenario simulations, and lift tables
