Role Description The Enscape Trainer role is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering online training sessions to civil engineering students and professionals on Enscape for visualization and rendering within design workflows. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting live interactive classes, preparing structured lesson plans and learning materials, demonstrating Enscape features and best practices, and guiding learners through practical projects and exercises. The trainer will respond to learner queries, provide feedback on assignments, and support participants in becoming proficient and industry ready in using Enscape alongside tools such as Autodesk Revit.

Additional responsibilities may include updating course content,



recording tutorial sessions, collaborating with the academic team to improve the curriculum, and staying current with new features and developments in Enscape and related software.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Enscape, including real-time rendering, visualization workflows, and integration with BIM/design tools such as Autodesk Revit.

Experience in civil engineering, architecture, or related fields, with practical exposure to design and visualization workflows in academic or industry projects.

Proven ability to teach or train others online, including clear communication, lesson planning, and demonstration skills in a virtual classroom environment.

Comfort with e-learning platforms, screen-sharing tools, and digital collaboration software for delivering interactive remote sessions.

Solid understanding of structural or civil engineering fundamentals to contextualize Enscape training within real-world design scenarios.

Strong presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and provide constructive feedback.

Organized and self-directed, capable of managing part time remote work schedules and meeting training commitments.

A bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred; prior teaching, tutoring, or industry training experience is an advantage.
