? We're Hiring: Revenue Operations Specialist

? Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

Are you passionate about data quality, CRM operations, and driving business decisions through clean and actionable data? We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing global team!

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage data enrichment, validation, and hygiene across Salesforce, HubSpot, and integrated platforms

✅ Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions

✅ Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Business, and RevOps teams to improve data processes

✅ Support Salesforce & HubSpot administration, including workflows, dashboards, reports, and validations

✅ Maintain data pipelines, automation, and vendor data integrations





✅ Support sales engagement operations and email sequencing performance

What We're Looking For

✔️ 4–6 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Management, or Analytics

✔️ Robust knowledge of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools

✔️ Working experience with Salesforce Administration (HubSpot Admin is a plus)

✔️ Understanding of ETL processes, data governance, and quality control

✔️ Exposure to Python scripting, marketing automation, or SaaS environments is an added advantage

? Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
