Role Revenue Cycle / Patient Accounts Specialist

- Shift timing – 6am-3 pm & 2pm-11pm (Rotational)

- Soft Skills: Positive communication skills

Must have skills

- 2+ years of exp with Data Analytics experience along with operations/admin background in medical billing

- Strong exposure to documentation and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is mandatory

- Healthcare domain experience preferred

Key Ask for the Role:

- Handle provider/member queries and ensure accurate patient account management

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes

- Support reporting, data analysis, and performance improvement initiatives

- Assist in process improvement and project coordination with cross-functional teams
