Gokyo is looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead our Wakad, Pune store.

What you'll do

- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.
- Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Ensure stock accuracy, store standards, and smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Train, mentor, and develop the store team while maintaining operational excellence.

What we're looking for

- 3–5 years of experience in retail, including experience managing a store or leading a retail team.
- Experience in apparel, sports, or outdoor retail will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to drive sales and operational efficiency.
