House of Fett is a premium Indian womenswear brand with 15+ exclusive brand outlets across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Raipur and Kolkata, backed by in-house design and manufacturing. We are opening at The Summit Plaza on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, and are hiring a Store Manager who treats the store's sales number as their own.
The Role
This is a sales-first role. You own the store target, you sell on the floor yourself, and you build a team that converts every walk-in. Operations and upkeep matter, but the number comes first. Performance, incentives and growth in this role are decided by target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales ownership (primary)
- Deliver the store's monthly and daily sales targets
- Sell personally on the floor and close high-value customers
- Improve conversion, average bill value and units per bill week on week
- Drive occasion wear, new launches and add-on selling
- Send the daily sales report and competition updates to the regional team
Team 6. Set staff-wise daily targets and review them every evening 7. Train the team on product knowledge, styling and selling skills 8. Manage rosters,
grooming standards, attendance and discipline Store operations 9. Billing, cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation on the POS 10. Stock receiving, regular stock counts, shrinkage control and timely replenishment requests 11. Maintain visual merchandising and store upkeep to brand standard 12. Coordinate with mall management on operations, marketing and events
Customer 13. Build a repeat client base and ensure customer data capture at every bill 14. Handle alterations, exchanges and escalations within brand policy 15. Drive Google reviews and in-store CRM activity
Who Should Apply
- 3-6 years in apparel retail, premium mall EBO background preferred
- Proven record of achieving sales targets, be ready to share your numbers in the interview
- Womenswear, ethnic or fusion wear experience is a plus
- Solid spoken English and Hindi, well groomed, customer-first attitude
- Comfortable with POS billing, WhatsApp reporting and basic Excel
- Graduate preferred
