Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales skills, including experience in selling apparel, textiles, or luxury goods and achieving sales targets.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and provide tailored recommendations.

Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and Communication skills to explain fabric qualities, craftsmanship,



care instructions, and brand stories clearly and confidently.

Candidates should possess basic numeracy and POS handling skills, along with accuracy in billing, inventory updates, and cash/card transactions.

Prior experience in fashion or luxury retail is highly beneficial, along with positive spoken English and local language fluency.

Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

Minimum high school diploma; a degree or certification in Fashion, Retail Management, or Business is an advantage.
