About the Role

We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Executive (Optical) to join a leading eye care organisation. In this role, you will help patients select the right eyewear solutions following their eye consultation, combining excellent customer service, product knowledge, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and guide them through the eyewear selection process.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and eyewear products based on their prescription, lifestyle, and budget.
- Explain lens options, including progressive, anti-reflective, blue-light, photochromic, and premium lenses in a clear and engaging manner.
- Interpret ophthalmic prescriptions and ensure accurate optical dispensing.
- Take precise optical measurements and verify all details before processing customer orders.
- Coordinate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and laboratory teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Inspect completed spectacles before delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Handle customer queries, adjustments, remakes, and after-sales service professionally.
- Achieve sales targets, conversion rates, average selling price (ASP), and other retail KPIs.
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, merchandising standards, and ERP/POS documentation.
- Participate in stock counts, product training,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all company SOPs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.

Your Profile

- Previous experience in optical retail, eyewear sales, or retail sales.
- Understanding of ophthalmic prescriptions and optical dispensing is preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or healthcare environment.
- Experience with optical brands such as our client, our client, our client, our client, our client, our client, or similar retailers is an advantage.
