About the Role

GNC is looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Nutrition Advisor/Sales Executive to manage store operations while providing expert guidance on health, wellness, nutrition, and supplement products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drivingsales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized nutrition and supplement recommendations.
- Understand customer fitness, wellness, and health goals and suggest suitable GNC products.
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.




- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock rotation.
- Monitor product availability and minimize stock-outs.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and product education.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, nutrition trends, and wellness solutions.
- Supervise store staff and ensure excellent customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless store operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and nutrition.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with retail billing systems.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
