Job Briefs

We are looking for an experienced Retail merchandise Planner for LFO Channel Stores at Corporate Office. Responsible for achieving sales and profitability goals for the channel by setting up an effective sales distribution network for the brand.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving sales and collections targets for the channel
- Analyze the variance between target & actual sales for the channel
- Ensure sales returns is within specified limit
- Design sales plan in alignment with the orders obtained in the road shows
- Identify market potential and sales opportunities
- Visit key counters regularly
- Ensure the planogram is adhered to in the outlets
- Ensure products are available on the shelf
- Ensure customer complaints are handled in a timely manner




- Obtain customer insights from the market
- Ensure CRM is consistently implemented in the outlets
- Plan promotions for categories and channels
- Participate in monthly MIS on the performance of the channel
- Plan for discounts with minimal reduction to revenues
- Ensure collections are obtained within the timeline
- Uphold the brand image of Indian Terrain in the outlets
- Participate in road-shows
- Monitor performance of subordinates and provide regular feedback

Skills Required
1. Excellent Communication skills, Analytical skills, Execution Focus, Financial Acumen, Problem Solving.
2. Experience in fashion Retail / Branded Apparel industry experience must.
3. A Commercial understanding of the dynamics of Stores, sales analysis.
