As a Podcast Trailer Editor at Atomik Growth, you will craft punchy, cinematic trailers that capture the essence of each episode and compel audiences to hit play. You will work with some of the most recognized voices in venture capital and technology.

Responsibilities Edit 3–5 podcast trailers per week, each optimized to hook viewers in the first 30 seconds

Add music, sound design, and transitions that elevate the listening experience

Create dynamic visual elements for video podcast trailers

Optimize audio levels and overall production quality





Work closely with podcast hosts to capture and amplify their unique style Requirements Proven podcast or audio editing experience with published work

Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve

Understanding of podcast formats and audience engagement patterns

Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling

Experience with professional audio tools such as Audition or Logic Pro Compensation $200 – $300 per completed trailer, based on complexity and turnaround.
