Role Description This full-time remote Rest API Architect role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable RESTful APIs that support IAM and cybersecurity solutions. The Rest API Architect will define API architecture and standards, collaborate with software developers and integration teams, and ensure alignment with best practices and organizational requirements. Daily responsibilities include overseeing API design reviews, guiding implementation, resolving technical issues, and improving performance, reliability, and security.

The role also involves coordinating with project stakeholders,



documenting architectural decisions, and supporting continuous improvement of API-related processes and tooling.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust Architecture and Architectural Design skills for designing secure, scalable REST API solutions.

Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills for implementing, reviewing, and optimizing API code and related services.

Candidates should possess Integration skills for connecting REST APIs with IAM platforms, third-party services, and internal systems.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills for planning work, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience with RESTful principles, HTTP, JSON, and API versioning and documentation (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger).

Background in IAM or cybersecurity domains, including secure authentication, authorization, and API security controls.

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language commonly used for API development (such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or similar).

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
