Role Description The Resort Manager at Pentouz Hospitality Pvt Ltd will oversee day-to-day operations of the in office resort in Chikmagalur, ensuring smooth functioning across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services. This full-time role includes managing staff schedules, supervising service delivery, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.

The Resort

Manager will monitor reservations, occupancy, and revenue performance, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure the property is well maintained. The role also involves handling guest feedback and escalations, implementing service enhancements, and maintaining brand standards.

Manager will prepare operational reports, support budgeting and cost control, and collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives.

Qualifications Strong customer-facing capabilities with skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Proficiency in Property Management, including overseeing day-to-day resort operations, facilities upkeep, and vendor coordination.

Ability to manage Budgeting activities, such as cost control, revenue monitoring, and supporting financial planning for the resort.

Experience with Hiring, including interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management of resort staff.

Prior experience in resort or hotel management, preferably in boutique or luxury properties.

Effective leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills, with a hands-on, service-oriented approach.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Good communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
