Role Description The Residential Portfolio Manager – Real Estate will oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal performance and resident satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role is based in Koramangala and involves coordinating property operations, monitoring leases, and maintaining accurate records. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing lease administration, tracking occupancy and revenue, liaising with property owners, tenants, and service providers, and addressing issues promptly.

The role also includes conducting market research,



supporting transaction processes, and collaborating with internal teams to improve portfolio value and operational efficiency.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Property Management and Residential Portfolio oversight.

Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and managing Leases, including documentation and compliance.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Estate markets and principles, with exposure to Residential or Commercial Real Estate.

Candidates should possess analytical and financial skills to review property performance, budgets, and returns.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and relationship management skills to work with owners, tenants, and partners.

Relevant experience in real estate portfolio management or property administration is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.

Ability to work on-site in Koramangala with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
