Role Description This is a full-time, in office Residential Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru. The designer will collaborate with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and budget, then translate these requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing residential interior concepts. Daily responsibilities include developing space plans, selecting materials and finishes, preparing mood boards, and coordinating FF&E; selections to align with design intent and project constraints.

The role involves creating detailed drawings and documentation for construction, working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution.



The designer will also visit project sites to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and maintain alignment with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations.

Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and FF&E; selection for residential projects, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Strong Space Planning skills with the ability to optimize layouts for functionality, circulation, and aesthetics within varying residential typologies.

Practical understanding of Architecture principles relevant to residential spaces, with the ability to coordinate designs with structural and MEP requirements.

Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation used by contractors and vendors for execution.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Professional experience in residential interior projects, preferably with exposure to mid- to high-budget homes or apartments.

Working knowledge of design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic familiarity with visualization tools.

Strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to collaborate on-site with cross-functional teams and vendors.
