We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Residential Learning Facilitator to provide academic guidance and learning support. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic guidance and learning support.
- Assist with homework, assignments, and school projects.
- Plan and conduct engaging learning sessions.
- Encourage good study habits, discipline, and personal development.
- Monitor learning progress and provide regular updates.
- Create a supportive and motivating learning workplace.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, responsible, and well-organized.
- Willing to stay at the work location.
