Responsibilities

- Managing primary sales and achieving territory-wise sales targets.
- Driving dealer engagement and expanding the dealer network across the assigned territory.
- Collecting outstanding payments in line with company policies and commercial guidelines.
- Conducting product awareness programs and promotional activities for dealers and customers.
- Monitoring competitor activities and analyzing market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Generating demand and increasing market penetration within the assigned territory.
- Resolving customer grievances and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating after-sales support with technical service teams and customers.
- Preparing MIS reports and tracking sales performance, dealer productivity, and market intelligence.




- Ensuring adherence to organizational sales processes and compliance standards.

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in territory sales, channel sales, or business development.
- Experience in the tyre, automotive, manufacturing, or allied industry.
- Strong knowledge of dealer management, demand generation, market assessment, and sales planning.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage collections effectively.
- Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and MIS preparation.
- MBA, B.E., or B.Tech qualification preferred.
