Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officers (RMO) to join our medical team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care across various departments including Wards, ICU, and Operation Theatres (OT). Freshers and experienced MBBS graduates are welcome to apply.

Shift / Duty Hours 8 to 9 Hours (Rotational Shifts)

Salary Range₹50,000 – ₹70,000 / month (Depending on profile & interview)

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Care & Monitoring: Conduct daily ward rounds, assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and manage regular patient care under consultant guidance.
- ICU & OT Support: Assist in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with critical patient monitoring, ventilatory care, and emergency interventions. Support senior surgeons and anesthetists during Operation Theatre (OT) procedures.




- Emergency Management: Swiftly respond to medical emergencies, code blues, and acute patient deterioration across wards and critical care units.
- Admission & Discharge: Oversee patient admissions, initial clinical evaluations, daily progress notes, treatment chart updates, and discharge summaries.
- Coordination: Coordinate with attending consultants, nursing staff, and diagnostic departments to ensure seamless patient care and diagnostic workups.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Educational Background: MBBS degree from a recognized university.
- FMGI Candidates: Foreign Medical Graduates with cleared FMGE / NExT screening are fully eligible.
- Medical Registration: Mandatory state medical council or NMC registration.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, basic life support skills, effective communication, and the ability to work well in quick-paced medical environments.
