About the Role

Copper Edge Hospitality is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth booking experience from inquiry to confirmation.

As a Reservation Executive, you will be responsible for managing room reservations, responding to guest inquiries across multiple channels, maintaining booking records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle reservation inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms.
- Assist guests with room bookings, rates, packages, availability, and special requests.
- Process new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Monitor room inventory and maximize occupancy through effective booking management.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and convert leads into confirmed reservations.
- Coordinate with Operations and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals.
- Send booking confirmations and pre-arrival information to guests.
- Resolve guest queries professionally while maintaining high service standards.
- Prepare daily reservation reports and maintain proper documentation.




- Stay updated on room categories, promotions, packages, and company policies.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience

- 1 to 3 years of experience in hotel reservations, hospitality, customer service, front office, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in hospitality are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Experience with hotel reservation software or Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Language Requirements

- Fluent in English (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu.
