We're looking for a Reservation Executive to join the Corporate Reservations Team at Vibescapes Nature Retreats . If you're passionate about hospitality, guest service and sales, and enjoy delivering exceptional booking experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll manage reservations across our portfolio of boutique resorts and villas, handle OTA bookings, optimise inventory and rates, and ensure every guest enquiry is converted into a seamless and memorable guest experience. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has 2–4 years of experience in hospitality reservations, OTA management, revenue management or hotel sales.

Has hands-on experience managing Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Agoda and other OTA extranets.

Has worked with hotel PMS,



channel managers and CRM systems—experience with Djubo, Zoho Bigin and Knowlarity is highly preferred.

Has excellent written and spoken English.

Is highly organised, commercially minded and detail-oriented.

Enjoys sales, guest communication and revenue optimisation.

Is comfortable working weekends and public holidays.

Bonus

Skills Experience using Djubo PMS & Channel Manager, Zoho Bigin CRM and Knowlarity Cloud Telephony.

Understanding of Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and yield management.

Experience managing multiple properties or boutique hotel portfolios.
