- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced analytical instruments such as LC–MS/MS and related laboratory equipment.
- Plan and execute routine and complex sample analysis as per approved protocols, SOPs, and study plans.
- Ensure instrument calibration, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and preventive maintenance in coordination with vendors.
- Lead method development, optimization, and validation activities.
- Investigate OOS, OOT, and deviations; perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
- Coordinate with project management and clients to ensure timely and quality-driven delivery of studies.
- Expert-level knowledge of analytical instrumentation and data systems.
- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and audit readiness.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Robust communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
